"Reception was great in giving us a ground floor room late in the day. Room could do with a spruce up - paint and a bit of attention to the skirting boards and bathroom door would be nice. A/C remote not working - quickly exchanged by reception with a replacement remote. First motel room I've stayed in where there was no extra roll of toilet paper - finding out at 5 am was not great! Despite being on a main road, room was quiet - no noise problems."
